Enquiry, Order and Confirmation
Enquiry and Orders shall be received by:

Please note that all of ourproduct and flavor are unique and meticulously hand-crafted by Pastry Chef, therefore we would produce in small quantities in order to maintain the finest quality, as always. You are strongly advised to submit enquiry or place orderat least 21 days in advance to enable us to better understand your needs and offer the best products tailored to fit your request.
Once your order has been placed, we do NOT accept cancellations in any circumstances. Each request for product is subject to approval by Cake Temptations Ltd. We reserve all rights to reject a request for product due to insufficient stock, incomplete customer information, copyright infringement, or for any other lawful reason. We undertake to inform you within seven (7) working days following your request if we have a problem filling your order.
Once your order has been placed, Cake Temptations Ltd will confirm your delivery order (selected product, quantity, delivery place and date) by email. Cake Temptations Ltd will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by customers, or due to issues that are out of Cake Temptations Ltd's control such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.

All of our pricing are stated in Hong Kong Dollars and the full amount must be settled within 3 days after order confirmation. Please be noted that the paid deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable in any circumstances. Please keep the Admittance Advice/Payment Slip and fax it back to (852) 3583 1633 or send the scanned copy to email@example.com with providing your order name, order number, date of delivery and contact number as a proof of evidence. Please note that your order will not be deemed as SUCCESS until you have sent us a valid proof of your order transaction.

訂單一旦確認後，如要取消訂單或修改產品的款式、設計或文字內容，閣下請務必於貨品運送前至少14天致電或電郵方式直接聯絡我們。我們收到後, 要求將有可能被考慮接受及處理，但須視乎情況及準備時間再作決定。請注意, 倘若吿知日期少於上述時間，恕不可取消或作出任何更改，已付的款項將不獲退還及不可轉讓。
Amendment or Cancelation
Once your order has been placed, all requests for cancellation or change on the product type, design or wordings must be informed by phone or in written email and confirmed by our staff at least 14 days in advance before delivery date. We reserve the final right to decline or accept the cancellation or changes subjected to availability. Please be noted that the paid deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable in any circumstances if the requested date is less than 14 days in advance.
Availability of Products
All of the products that are generally available on our website: www.caketemptations.com.hk. However, there is a likelihood that some products may be out of stock or unavailable as our products are unique and freshly hand crafted by Pastry Chef, therefore, available only in small quantities. Should you be interested in other specific items in addition to the catalogue, please give us a call before to confirm that the product is available. Cake Temptations reserves the right in the event of the unavailability of an item(s) to substitute an item(s) of equal or greater value with the consent of the customer. There is a possibility that the presentation of the gift items may be modified to insure proper delivery and handling.

Pick up in Person
Customer can pick up the sweet at Flat N, 11/F, Wing Hong Factory Building, 18-26 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, NT from 9:30am to 1:00pm /or 2:00pm to 5:30pm between Monday and Saturday (Except public holidays).
For Sunday (Except public holidays), customer can pick up the sweet at Cake Office, Flat N, 11/F, Wing Hong Factory Building, 18-26 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, NT https://goo.gl/maps/J5Rb46JSNcn from 9:30am to 1:00pm /or 2:00pm to 5:30pm.
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with our Customer Service Department at (852) 2836 3388 to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Cake Temptations reserves the right to refuse your request for any damages, loss or external factors that may occur after the product has been collected by client or after delivery. Should the customer authorize the 3rd person for collection, Cake Temptationswill not assume responsibility for damage or loss of delivery.
如閣下或收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品，本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。 如顧客須更改送貨地址及時間，顧客必須於至少7個工作天前致電 (852) 2836 3388與客戶服務部聯絡。否則，本公司保留權利拒絕為任何顧客更改送貨地點。
Cake Temptations commits to provide delivery service on time, therefore, the accuracy of the delivery information you provide is crucial in making sure that the products can be delivered properly. This ensures that our customers can enjoy our products for the full extent of their shelf life. Cake Temptations will not be held the responsibility for returns caused by incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions.Delivery service is available after confirmation of order and payment.
For order purchase HKD$1,500 or above, one-time delivery can be arranged for free.Free Delivery Service is applicable for the specific MTR Station.If customer requests for the delivery of goods to specific locations, please anticipate an additional delivery charge will be applied.
For order purchase below HKD$1,500, one-time delivery can be arranged with an additional charge of HKD$200 or above and the price is varied depending on the location. Please kindly contact our customer service for further information.
Cake Temptations reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.
Customer is requested to call our service hotline at +852 2836 3388 of any change to their delivery address and time within 7 working days prior to the delivery. Otherwise, Cake Temptation reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Cake delivery arrangement under typhoon & rainstorm warning
When typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is raised, all delivery service including self-pick up service be temporary suspended until lower typhoon signal is replaced. We will notice our customers by phone individually for further arrangement. .
When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is raised, all delivery service including self-pick up service be temporary suspended until lower typhoon signal is replaced. We will notice our customers by phone individually for further arrangement.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 be changed to lower typhoon signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled before 2:00pm, we will resume our delivery and self-pick up service after two hours. Delivery or self-pick up arrangement be slightly delated. We will notice our customers by phone individually for further arrangement.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 be changed to lower typhoon signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled after 2:00pm, all delivery and self-pick up service be continuously suspended at on day and will resume our delivery service on next day. Delivery or self-pick up arrangement be slightly delated. We will notice our customers by phone individually for further arrangement.
In the interest of food safety, please sure the food should be stored in 0°C to 4°C Refrigerator. If there is no refrigerator available, please keep the food in cool and dry place with a temperature of 16-18°C and serve within an hour.
Cake Temptations endeavors to maintain stringent service practices and depute out strict controls, we are unable to guarantee the absence which may cause allergic reactions, including eggs, gluten, soybeans, milk, nuts (or nut-based ingredients), peanut, etc in our products.
In case of supplies difficulties, Cake Temptation reserves the right to change any fruit ingredient or other cake decoration depending on the seasonal and regional availability.
All hired equipment and serving equipment such as cake stand, afternoon tea set and so on must be returned by a specified date or a penalty charge of HK$500 per day will be applied.
另一方面 ,「點點心思」接受因明顯瑕疵或發送的產品與訂單不符的情況下退貨，「點點心思」將准許免費更換產品或退還已付款項。消費者或其他與此有關的任何一方(包括購買者，當消費者收到「點點心思」的產品作為禮物) 接受此安排的話，即代表同意放棄任何額外賠償申請，包括利息或其他款項。
Comments, Suggestion and Complaint Handling
Cake Temptations strives the excellent food and service to our customer, your valuable opinion is important to us for continuous improvement. Should you have any comments, suggestions, criticism or complaint, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service hotline during office working time or by email. We will try our utmost effort to meet your expectations but need your help in order to do so.Customers receiving the products from us should inspect it upon receipt to make sure it is consistent with the order and that there are no obvious flaws. Damage claims should be clearly recorded, dated and signed on the delivery invoice.
All claims must be made within 24 hours after the delivery. Claims received by Cake Temptations after longer delays may not be honoured and accepted. All claims must be motivated and accompanied by a written explanation of the problem together with picture, contact information and original receipt as well as the damages occasioned thereby. After conducting an in-depth investigation, Cake Temptations will reply the customer within 15 days and at its own discretion will determine the appropriate remedy, including a refund of payment or a reshipment of product.
On the other side, whereas Cake Temptations accepts a return in the case of an obvious flaw or the nonconformity of the products delivered with an order, Cake Temptations will allow the free replacement of the product or the return of the amount paid by the consumer. By accepting such, the consumer and any other party involved therewith (including the purchaser, where the consumer has received the Cake Temptations product as a gift), agrees to waive any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.
Cake Temptation shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, embargoes, revolution, riot, war, government intervention, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of company.
Guarantee of Quality and Presentation
All visual and picture are for reference only. Cake temptations do not guarantee to match the exact colour and design as same as chosen due to the fact that every cake is every cake is uniquely customized by our Chef and may vary despite every effort being made.
In case of disputes, the decision of Cake Temptations shall be final and binding. Cake Temptation may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
