Order Lead Time/ Delivery Method/ Pick up Terms & Conditions  

Order Lead Time:
Production lead time of cakes varies from 3 to 14 days depending on the design. In general, at least 7 days is required for 3D design cakes. 

Delivery Method:You can choose the delivery or pick up service that works best for you. Delivery costs varies depending on delivery destination. Delivery Time 9:30am - 6:00pm

1. Self Pick Up
You are required to print the order confirmation present upon pick up. Staff might request you to show your HKID card for verification.


Authorized Collection 
You may authorize a representative to collect the order on your behalf. You are required to provide the order confirmation to the representative. We might request your representative to produce his / her HKID Card for verification.

Office hours is from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm. Except Public Holidays.


Delivery Charges: 
A minimum cake delivery charge of $100 (subject to location) is required for each order. 
For orders over $900, the minimum charge will be waived from total cake charges. 
Free delivery service is applicable for specific MTR route and not more than 10-minute walking distance. Please note $50-$350 additional charge will be required for walking distance more then 10 minutes from the MTR Station, and non-specific MTR route area. 
For orders under HK$900, $100-$350 will be charged depending on location. 
Guest can also pick up the cake at Kwai Fong MTR Station during Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and 9:30am to 1:00pm on Saturday. 
Please note $100 delivery charge will be required for picking up on Sunday and public holiday. 

Delivery Address:
Please provide accurate delivery address.
Change of Delivery Address : Please e-mail or telephone our office if you want to change your delivery address after order confirmation. You may have to pay for the extra cost incurred. Once the order is dispatched, we will not accept any request for the change of delivery address. We are not responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer. 

Typhoon or Black Rain Storm:
Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rain storm warning is in effect. We will contact you by phone and reserve the right for the change of delivery arrangement.
Change of Delivery Method:If you have any questions on the courier or the delivery charges, please call us or e-mail to us for enquiry. 
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot accept any request for the change of delivery method, including change of other courier company or change from self-pick up to delivery service.
If customers insist on changing the delivery method to self pick-up, we may arrange for that only if the order has not been dispatched. However, the paid delivery charge will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny any change request once the order is confirmed and will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.

 Damaged Products Exchange / Refund:
If there is any damage when the product delivered, please contact us by calling 852- 2836 3388 immediately. 
Customer should return the damaged products and delivery invoice to us for investigation, in order to process the redemption or refund.
All products can be exchanged once only. After checked the returned damaged products, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request. We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
